I personally would like to introduce you to all the rules that we are applying to guarantee a pleasant and safe holiday.
My name is Dario, I am La Taverna General Manager, who knows me already knows how much I take care to manage in the best way our business.
Hygiene and cleanliness have been always very important, but nowadays are more significant which is why I am already working on the training of the hotel staff to offer you the best service.
Apartments and rooms
Every accommodation has an independent entry, you won’t pass through closed common areas or lobbies.
Before your arrival, we will sanitise the room with nebulisers of sanitising liquid provided by the anti covid19 protocols. the products eliminate bacteria, mold, viruses and bad smells. As soon as you enter in the room you will feel the cleanliness. To sanitize floors and hard surfaces we use alcohol-based detergents with medical supervision certification. We’ll pay extreme attention to the cleaning of remote controls (which we will supply you in a sanitized container), switches and handles of doors and windows, cabinets and showers. Each housekeeper use protective devices in accordance with the law. To protect the health of customers and employees, we have decided not to do the daily rearrangement of the room, there will be a scheduled linen change service with delivery and collection outside of the room.
Our Residence offer
Accommodation in apartment with fully equipped kitchen (fridge, stove, dishes, etc.) with veranda or terrace to enjoy the sun and the view. Takeaway food service from our restaurant, with choice from the digital menu.
Our hotel offer
Accommodation in apartment or standard room with hotel service without daily cleaning. Takeaway food service from our restaurant, with choice from the digital menu directly from your smartphone, with no extra charge, you can comfortably enjoy ready to go hot dishes of the Mediterranean cuisine, on the veranda or in the garden. Respecting the existing restrictive measures, it is still possible to have your meals at our restaurant, until the maximum number of seats is reached.
Common areas
We have various and large common areas, which guarantee already in their natural way the social distancing. We clean several times during the day with certified alcohol-based cleaners. You can find everywhere hand sanitising gel dispenser. Online check-in is preferred to avoid waiting or queuing at the reception.
The beach
We are near the beautiful beach of Grotticelle, you have the possibility to access the free areas or have beach service at the various shores with a daily cost.
The swimming pool
The swimming pool is automatically treated with chlorine and Ph sanitization, just as required by the law.
We clean several times during the day all the common areas around the pool with alcohol-based detergents with medical device certification. Every beds will be distant and arranged both by the pool and in the adjacent garden in order to guarantee ample space between families. To guarantee the distance, the entrance will be staggered.
Animations
Because of the current safety regulation, we still do not know if it will be animations activities and mini clubs. But we will make sure that it will be a relaxing family holiday.
Beach shuttle service
Our hotel is only 600 meters on a slope, so as usual many of you will choose to reach the beach by walk, however we offer as always the beach shuttle service, this time by reservation per family to avoid any danger.
